Never give up. Both of my younger sisters were married and had children before I even met Husband. You never know who is around the corner. Just stay open and happy!

Good post. I wish I had figured this out when I was younger, instead of wasting two years and then three years -- the second half of my twenties -- on men I knew were wrong a heck of a lot sooner than that. I'm 33 now, fairly recently single again after the man I've wanted to marry for the last two years decided he didn't want to marry me. I don't qualify for LBB status yet, but compared to my friends (2 engagements and 5 first pregnancies announced this week alone!) I might as well. I have a great career, wonderful friends, and a good life in a city I love, but I want to find the right man and get married more than anything in the world.

I'm so happy for you, and thank you for giving me a little bit of hope that my chances aren't over.
