Poll: The Right Bed Can Make All The Difference
ByBetween Facebook and this blog, much discussion was had yesterday around the “right” sized bed for happy “coupledom.” Yesterday’s post about Husband’s and my “bed conundrum” and “sleep fighting,” seemed to hit a nerve. The comments were far and wide, and reader’s own reasons for their bed size choice were very, very interesting. So, in the interest of “late bloomer science,” we pose the following question:

Alan and I had this conversation tonight and we both decided that the best thing for our marriage is to be like Goldlilocks and enjoy trying them all.including sofa..Variety, spice of life! But King with a magnetic mattress and large infra red blanket (Nikken) is our favorite!

The fiance wants to put in a vote for separate twin beds that are on a switch that pushes them together when need be.
I’ll stick with my king size vote.

A queen-size gives enough room for us for sleeping, but the joy of touching in the middle of the night for comfort and just remembering that we share our lives as well as the bed! In hotels with a king-size bed, I want my husband to get in on the same side as I do & scoot over so it doesn’t take so long to find him! And he is 6′1 plus!
