Then there's the, "Honey, I am not feeling well. I am going to bed." And I have to decide, do I go, too? I compromise, and go until he's asleep, then steal away to finish up something I had started. Consideration, that's what it's all about for me. And I love having someone to consider.

They are different. Now I have to keep track of Husband's activities on top of my own. Sometimes they aren't so apparent -- like the towel thing. ;-)

These married thoughts sound wearily worrisome. From a single thinker.

When Hubster moved in, along with his daughter, the grocery bill QUADRUPLED. I kid you not. I must go to the grocery store at least twice a week now. There were times I would come home, looking forward to eating some leftovers and I'd find they were gone. When you're single and you know exactly how much is (not) in the fridge, you really count on and look forward to leftovers esp. when they are from some yummy meal at a nice restaurant. Then I resorted to leaving Post It notes saying "Do Not Eat", to no avail. Finally, I got smart. I got a second refrigerator that is MINE, MINE, MINE. Did I mention it is MINE?! I even have a lock on it. Kidding. But I won't hesitate to get one if I find that Hubster is sneaking in to it. As for the baking I do for the events I put on, I still have to hide them in other rooms so Hubster and Child cannot find and eat them.
